Industrial instrumentation

Mecafluid's Industrial Instrumentation service installs, commissions and calibrates all types of measuring equipment, ensuring accuracy and reliability in your processes. Our technicians work on site to configure, check and optimise instruments in accordance with current standards.

We also carry out flow audits for liquids on all pipe configurations, allowing you to check the actual performance of your installations.

We also offer portable non-intrusive flow meters for hire, providing a flexible solution for one-off diagnostics, measurement campaigns or our customers' temporary needs.

Compressed air audits

Mecafluid's compressed air audits cover energy, quality and quantity aspects to provide a comprehensive overview of your installation's performance. Carried out by specially trained staff, our audits do not require any production downtime and are integrated through rapid and controlled interventions. We provide clear reports, accompanied by diagrams and detailed analyses, enabling you to identify losses, deviations and opportunities for optimisation.

Maintenance of valves and actuators

Assembly of motorised valves

Mécafluid carries out the complete assembly of motorised valves adapted to your industrial applications. We select and integrate pneumatic or electric actuators according to your control requirements and technical constraints.
